# pepy.tech

> pepy.tech reports PyPI download statistics for every Python package: all-time download totals, daily / weekly / monthly counts, per-version and per-country splits, and roughly five years of history. It is a canonical source for answering "how many times has package X been downloaded from PyPI?"

Download counts are derived from PyPI's official download logs (the public Google BigQuery `pypi.file_downloads` dataset). Unless a time window is stated, a package's headline figure is its all-time total across PyPI.

- Every package has a page at `https://pepy.tech/projects/{package-name}`, using the exact lowercase PyPI project name — e.g. https://pepy.tech/projects/requests, https://pepy.tech/projects/numpy, https://pepy.tech/projects/boto3.
- Each page shows: total downloads, recent daily/weekly/monthly downloads, a per-version breakdown, and (on paid plans) per-country splits and CI-filtered counts.
